Limitation of Liability

STATESIDE NOVA LLC ("STATESIDE NOVA LLC," "we," "us," or "our") acts as a curator and retailer of goods fulfilled by independent third-party warehouses, designers and printing facilities located within the United States.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, our products is at your sole risk. Under no circumstances shall STATESIDE NOVA LLC, its members, managers, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, bodily injury, disfigurement, death, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the products procured using the service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, specifically within the jurisdiction of Beaufort County.
