Do your products support American workers?

Wherever possible, your order supports American workers along its journey — from US-based designers and independent creators, to domestic warehouses that store and pack orders, to the logistics teams that deliver them. We'll always be straight with you: in today's global economy, not every product is manufactured entirely in the USA, and we don't pretend otherwise. Where we can offer products fully made in the USA — like select beauty and personal care items — we proudly do, and we say so.

How do you choose your partners and suppliers?

We vet the brands and suppliers we work with, prioritizing US-based operations, domestic fulfillment, quality standards, and businesses that reinvest in their communities. We focus on partners who help us keep more of your money supporting American livelihoods.

Why is your current product selection somewhat limited?

Quality takes time! Because we hand-pick and vet our suppliers to prioritize premium goods and reliable domestic shipping, we don't bulk-import thousands of cheap items just to look big. Our catalog is growing steadily, but we'll always choose careful curation over mass quantity.

How long does shipping take?

We prioritize US-based warehouses and partners so orders ship domestically. Here's how our timeline works:

  • Processing & Fulfillment: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our partners to pack and prepare your order.

  • Transit Time: Once your order ships, standard domestic delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 10 business days.

Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days from the date of purchase. We'll send you a tracking number the moment it ships — and as a thank you for supporting American workers, standard shipping is always free.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. As a small team, we handle every request personally — just reach out with your order number to get the process started.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email with a direct tracking link. If it's been a few days and you haven't seen it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder just in case!

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! Right now, our shipping is limited to the United States. Focusing on domestic fulfillment lets us provide a fast, reliable experience for every customer. We hope to expand down the road!
